1. Agreement

By browsing this website, adding crackers / gift boxes to your cart, or placing an order with AARAV TRADERS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Products & catalogue

• We sell festive crackers, fireworks, gift boxes, and bulk packs. Descriptions, photos, MRP, offer price, and pieces per box are shown for each item.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). You pay the offer / sell price per box (or gift box) unless we confirm otherwise.
• Stock and pack contents may change during festival season. We may contact you to substitute or adjust an order if an item is unavailable.
• Images are illustrative; actual product packaging may vary by manufacturer batch.

3. Orders & confirmation

• Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. It is confirmed when our team accepts it and payment / fulfilment steps are completed as advised.
• Provide accurate name, phone, and delivery address. Wrong address or unreachable phone may delay or cancel delivery.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, unsafe, or not permitted under local fireworks rules.

4. Payment

This site does not take online card payment. Payment is offline (cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other methods we confirm). Invoice may be issued with or without GST as applicable. Orders may stay pending until payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery, pickup & shipping

• Delivery is available where we operate and where crackers transport is allowed. Some areas may be restricted by local authority rules.
• You may choose courier delivery or carry / counter pickup when offered. Courier charges or timelines will be communicated when relevant.
• Risk in goods passes on delivery or handover. Inspect the parcel for damage at receipt and report issues promptly with photos where possible.

6. Legal use & safety

• Buyers must be adults and must use crackers / fireworks only in places and times permitted by law.
• Follow manufacturer safety instructions. Keep products away from children, open flame, and heat until use. We are not liable for injury, property damage, or fines from misuse or illegal bursting.
• Bulk and corporate buyers are responsible for lawful storage and distribution of purchased stock.

7. Returns & cancellations

Because crackers and fireworks are regulated festive goods, returns are generally not accepted once packed or dispatched, except for proven packing error or transit damage reported promptly. Cancellations before packing may be allowed at our discretion. Refunds, if any, follow the original offline payment method.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AARAV TRADERS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms for festival seasons, pricing, or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
